That’s why we are proud to offer our clients the Rosie Home Inspections Ultimate Inspection Package, which adds a WDI Inspection, radon testing and mold testing services to your general home inspection!
When you order our Ultimate Inspection Package, we’ll be able to let you know if radon levels in the house exceed the safety limit set by the EPA, and if the presence of dangerous mold spores are present in the air. We’ll also perform a WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) Inspection in accordance with NPMA standards, which is commonly required by bank lenders.

When you’ll get your results: your home inspection report is delivered within 24 hours. Radon results follow the 48-hour test, and mold lab results take 2–3 business days.
