Historic homes

Homes on and near Herrington Lake often sit on sloped lots with decks, long stairways, and retaining walls. We inspect decks, stairs, railings, and guards, along with retaining walls, grading, and drainage where they may affect the house. Docks, seawalls, and boat lifts are outside the scope of a home inspection.

Two houses on the same street can have very different levels, so the only way to know is to test. We recommend adding radon testing to your inspection.
